Return & Refund

At PeriDot, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Customers are allowed to return products within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns will only be accepted under specific conditions: the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. All returned products must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or purchased during a sale are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged during the return shipment to prevent any further damage.

Return Process
The return process begins once the customer contacts PeriDot via email or phone to request a return. Our team will provide instructions for the return shipment, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be refused. PeriDot reserves the right to inspect all returned items to ensure compliance before approving any return.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Refunds apply only to items that are returned in accordance with our return policy, including defective items, incorrect items, or orders that were not delivered as promised. Once approved, the store credit will be added to the customer’s PeriDot account and can be used for future purchases.

Refund Limitations
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit from refunds must be used within the validity period specified by PeriDot. PeriDot reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the outlined conditions. Customers are encouraged to retain proof of shipment when returning items to avoid any issues during the refund process.

Customer Responsibilities
It is recommended that customers inspect their orders immediately upon receipt to ensure accuracy and quality. Any issues must be reported promptly to qualify for a return or refund. Customers must adhere to all instructions provided for returns, including using the correct shipping method and returning items in the original condition.

Additional Notes
PeriDot strives to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible, but all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. Store credit issued for refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. By making a purchase from PeriDot, customers acknowledge and accept these return and refund terms.
