If you find a sizing issue or receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you can initiate an exchange request. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process your exchange.

Are items purchased on sale eligible for return? Items purchased during any promotional sale or clearance event are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect. We encourage you to review the size charts carefully before making a purchase during sale events.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Quality is our priority, but if an error occurs, we are here to fix it immediately.
